• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Extensive IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing, pharmacy services, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, providers, and patients on therapy goals.
• Document care in home/ AIS systems.
• Manage vascular access devices and perform IV draws as needed.
