Zusammenfassung

Amerita is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in the home setting, administering IV therapies and monitoring patient progress. The role supports infusion and pharmacy services, following INS/IgNS guidelines and ANA ethics.

Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with on-call rotation; full-time and part-time positions include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, 401(k) with employer match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.

• Assesses all patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to policies and procedures addressing infusion nursing services and state laws.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, sales partners, and providers to monitor patient therapies.
• Manages vascular access devices and can draw labs via venipuncture.
