Amerita, part of the BrightSpring Health family, seeks a Home Infusion Nurse to provide specialized care in patients' homes across Henry County and surrounding counties. You will deliver IV therapies and manage complex infusion regimens, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience with infusion/home health, along with excellent communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN license in state.
• BSN preferred; strong infusion/home health knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; IV therapy experience desired.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patients and establishes the Plan of Care.
• Follows policies for infusion nursing, pharmacy services and state laws.
• Adheres to INS/IgNS, CDC standards, and ANA code of ethics.
• Collaborates with pharmacy, providers and patients to monitor therapies.
• Documents care in the place of service, including home visits.
• Manages vascular access and peripheral IV insertion/line care.
• Educates patients and caregivers on therapies.
• Evaluates progress and discusses changes with physicians.
• Coordinates nursing care with home health and community agencies.
• Participates in on-call rotation per protocol.
• Completes mileage and expense reports monthly.
• Performs annual competencies and mandatory training.
• Supervisory responsibility: No.
