Job summary

Amerita, part of the BrightSpring Health family, seeks a Home Infusion RN to care for infusion patients 1:1 in the patient’s home. You will assess patients, implement the Plan of Care, and coordinate with pharmacy and providers to ensure safe, effective therapies.

The role requires an RN license, IV therapy experience, and flexibility to work Monday–Friday with on-call rotation. Travel to patient homes is expected in the Basking Ridge area, NJ, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred
• Extensive IV therapy experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish/implement Plan of Care
• Adhere to infusion nursing, pharmacy services and state regulations
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff, providers and patients to monitor therapies
• Document care and administer vascular access and labs as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Complete expense reports and mandatory training
