Job summary

Amerita, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an RN Infusion nurse to provide 1:1 infusion care in patients' homes across AZ. The role covers multiple locations with days, evenings, and weekends available.

Requirements include an active RN license, BSN preferred, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year in infusion/home health. Travel to patient homes is expected; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing and state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, and providers to monitor therapies.
• Document patient care in home or AIS records.
• Manage peripheral IVs and draw labs via venipuncture.
• Educate patients and caregivers; monitor progress and adjust plans.
