Job summary

Amerita, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a home infusion RN in Smithfield to provide 1:1 patient care in the home. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with on-call rotation. You’ll work with IV therapies and complex medications while ensuring adherence to policies and patient safety.

Requires RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; infusion/home health preferred. Company offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, establish and implement Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing, pharmacy policies and state laws.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and providers to monitor therapies.
• Complete home visits and document care, including labs when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers; participate in on-call rotation.
