Job summary

Amerita, part of the BrightSpring Health Services family, is seeking a home infusion RN in Winston-Salem. You will deliver one-on-one infusion care in patients’ homes, administering IV antibiotics, immunoglobulin therapy, PN/TPN, and other specialty meds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Extensive IV therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish/implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion, pharmacy, and state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to monitor therapies.
• Document care in home setting or AIS.
• Manage vascular access devices and draw labs peripherally.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Evaluate progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with home health and community agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
