Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide 1:1 infusion care in patients’ homes. You will assess patients, implement the Plan of Care, and collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and caregivers to optimize therapies.

Requires RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; BSN preferred. This full-time role involves travel to patient homes, on-call rotation, and competitive compensation with benefits. Salary ranges USD 50.00–55.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and establishes the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to infusion and home health policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to monitor therapies.
• Documents care provided in patient records and coordinates with care teams.
