Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking home infusion nurses to care for specialty patients in the home 1:1, transforming lives beyond the hospital walls.

Based in Irving (Dallas area), the role supports Monday–Friday evenings 12pm–8pm with on-call rotation; requires RN license, CPR, and IV therapy experience; generous benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assesses all patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to policies and procedures addressing infusion nursing services and related standards.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, providers and patient to monitor goals of therapies.
• Completes patient care documentation in patient home or AIS.
• Coordinate nursing care with home health and community agencies as indicated.
