Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Gardner, KS area and surrounding region. The role involves direct patient care, infusion therapy administration, and education in home or alternate site settings.

Requirements include an active RN license in KS and MO, 3+ years of nursing with infusion experience preferred, and willingness to travel within the service area. Per diem schedule offers flexible hours and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with KS and MO Boards of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV insertion and port access (PACs).
• Infusion therapies including biologics, IV hydration; strong patient education and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures and safety.
• Assess home environment and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate care plan with the team.
• Coordinate care via approved platforms and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
