Job summary

Amerita, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 care for infusion patients in patients’ homes in Colorado. The role emphasizes infusion therapy, patient education, and collaboration with the care team, with a schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and on-call rotation.

Valid RN license, CPR, and driver’s license required; prior infusion/home health experience is preferred. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive work environment within a specialty infusion

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing and pharmacy policies and state laws.
• Maintain documentation of patient care in the home setting.
• Manage vascular access devices and IV therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and care teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
