First Day Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for in-home infusion care. You will provide nursing services in clients' homes in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and agency policy, focusing on infusions and IV access.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plan adjustments, and close collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. CPR certification and an active RN license are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; RN license in state of practice.
• Proficient in infusion and injectable medications, including IV starts and port access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; CPR certification an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure nursing practice aligns with state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
• Perform physical assessments, admissions and reassessments as directed by Clinical Supervisor.
• Report changes in client condition to medical practitioner and care team promptly.
• Contribute to development and adjustment of client care plans.
• Demonstrate nursing competency in administering infusions and IV access.
• Respect client differences and adhere to agency policies.
• Promote safety, infection control and quality improvement in care.
• Maintain client confidentiality and engage in ongoing professional development.
