Job summary

Amerita in Tucson seeks a skilled RN to provide 1:1 home infusion nursing. You will manage infusion therapies, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, and document care while traveling to patient homes.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and 1+ year of infusion/home care experience, with flexible shifts and driving responsibilities. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in appropriate state(s).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; infusion/home care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; CPR certified.
• Flexible schedule; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and implement Plan of Care for home infusion therapy.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, providers and caregivers to reach goals.
• Document care provided in patient records and manage venous access.
• Educate patients/caregivers and participate in on-call rotations.
• Travel regularly to patient homes for visits.
