Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department
• Coordinate estimates, installer visits, orders, and follow-ups to ensure project completion
• Monitor inventory and work with vendors/stores to replace stock
• Assist with checkout, store communications, and training colleagues on the floor
