Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience or in-store sales ability.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods; lift 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers find products.
• Explain product specs, promotions, and financing options to close sales.
• Support checkout and in-store processes; guide customers through installations and services.
• Train other associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining pricing and stock, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
