Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer-facing sales or six months in Lowe’s retail
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Lowe’s may require licensure/registration if required by state

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as a department contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates and schedule services
• Assist with price reviews and pricing policies
• Support checkout functions and store operations
• Train associates and mentor teammates
• Complete other duties as assigned
