Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Sales Specialist in Yukon, Oklahoma. You will meet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions. You’ll become a product expert, communicate specifications and promotions, and help close sales with thoughtful service.

You’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing orders, and following up on project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock.",
• Perform price reviews by pricing policies and maintain pricing/docs.
• Support all checkout functions, calls, pages, or requests for assistance.
• Train associates in the department through on-the-job training on the Sales floor and coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
