Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist in Oklahoma. You will greet customers, assess project needs, and guide them to the right products while explaining features, promotions, and financing options.

You’ll support store operations, process orders and installations, and collaborate with vendors to meet customer goals. The role offers part-time hours with opportunities for bonus, health options, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer-facing sales or six months in Lowe's retail experience
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for prolonged periods and lift 25 lbs with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe's products and services
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, orders, and installations
• Move throughout the store assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them complete projects
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coaching for development
