Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience, or 3 years external sales/customer-facing experience if education not met.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, and tracking orders.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to order stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and departmental requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
