Lowe's in Weymouth, MA is hiring a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products and services. You’ll become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to help customers complete purchases.

You will work in-store, moving throughout the floor, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (Or 3 years external in customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing orders, and following up for project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing/documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
