Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installations, orders and follow-ups.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates in the department and provide development coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
