Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to be one of the first contacts customers meet, guiding them to products and transforming ideas into realities. You will discuss project needs, explain product specs, promotions, and financing options to close sales, while delivering expert customer service across various departments.

In this role you’ll move throughout the store answering questions, handle orders, provide estimates, and assist installation or delivery services.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer-facing sales or equivalent Lowe's experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and showcasing Lowe's products.
• Act as a liaison for customers and vendors within the department, estimate projects and track orders.
• Support checkout functions and assist in store operations as needed.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
