Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience meeting sales goals or metrics in a retail setting.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand and sit for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed; ability to obtain sales Licensure if required.
• Proactive customer interaction and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, scheduling, and orders.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory with vendors and other stores; assist with stock replacement.
• Support checkout, store communications, and departmental requests; train associates on the sales floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
