Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to assist customers, understand project needs, and drive home improvement sales at our store in the United States. You will become the product expert, explaining specifications, features, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

The role emphasizes helping customers achieve their home improvement goals, with opportunities to earn bonuses and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for long periods.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's advantages.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates, scheduling, orders, and follow-up.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory; work with vendors and stores to order replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
