Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within department
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to reorder stock
• Assist with pricing reviews and maintenance of documentation
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed
• Train associates in sales techniques and product knowledge
