Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in the United States to engage customers, understand project needs, and guide them toward Home Improvement solutions. You will be a product expert, explaining specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

You will work across store departments, assisting customers on the floor, answering questions, and helping them achieve home improvement goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (Or 3 years external in customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for prolonged periods; lift 25lbs+ with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating advantages of Lowe's products.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates; schedule installs; track orders; ensure project completion.
• Monitor inventory; price reviews; support checkout; train associates; perform other duties as assigned.
