Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, identify project needs, demonstrate products, and close sales on the showroom floor. You will become a product expert, communicating features, promotions, and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

You’ll work in a designated department (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more) and may support Pro accounts. This in-store role emphasizes hands-on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service with required goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic and to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and orders.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
