Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist to be a first point of contact for customers, helping them select products, explain features and financing, and close sales. You’ll advise on home improvement solutions, work across departments, and deliver strong service on a fast-paced retail floor.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with vendors and store teams, with opportunities for bonus and career growth. Training provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or equivalent external experience).
• 1 year experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.
• Sales-related licensure/registration if required by law and supported by Lowe's.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating Lowe's product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to locate merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing/d documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
