Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s experience recommended.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors for stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department communications.
• Train associates in the department and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
