Lowe's in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will apply sales expertise to help customers find products and turn ideas into real projects, delivering friendly, problem-solving support in a fast-paced environment.

You will become a product expert across departments such as Appliances, Flooring, or Windows & Walls, provide accurate estimates, promote services, and assist with orders.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if no education).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates, installer visits, orders, and follow-ups.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels; work with vendors and stores to find merchandise and order stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and department requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
