Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to Lowe's products and services.

You will become a product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work in one of several departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, Windows & Walls) and collaborate with teammates to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs or more with/without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates, schedule visits, process orders, follow up for project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory; coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and restock.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing/docs.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
