Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist who will be one of the first people customers meet, helping them find products and turn ideas into reality. You will be the product expert, explaining specifications, features, promotions, and financing to close sales.

You’ll work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, and more. The role emphasizes customer consulting and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years of external experience in customer-facing sales or 18 months of Lowe's retail experience if education requirement is not met).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers to understand needs and communicate advantages of Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; provide estimates, schedule visits, process and track orders/installations, and follow up for completion.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors/stores to reorder stock.
• Train associates in the department through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
