Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist in Spartanburg to help customers find products, discuss project needs, and close sales with expert guidance on features, financing, and warranties.

You will become a product expert across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, and more, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer-facing sales or six months Lowe's retail experience (or three years external sales if education not met).
• One year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with targets or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates, scheduling visits, orders, and follow-ups.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions, call buttons, departmental pages, or requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
