Job summary

Lowe’s, a leading home improvement retailer, is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers find products and transform ideas into reality. You’ll become a product expert, discuss project needs, and guide customers through promotions and financing options to close sales.

You’ll work across departments like Appliances, Flooring, and Hardware, assisting customers while delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales and meeting sales goals is expected.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers and explaining product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, estimate projects and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist in department operations.
• Train associates on the sales floor and support development needs.
