Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Sales Specialist who helps customers find the right products and turns project ideas into reality. You will be a first point of contact, answering questions and guiding customers through selections to finish their home improvement projects.

You will move among departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, etc.), provide expert product information, close sales, and assist with quotes, installations, and financing options.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience (or equivalent external sales experience).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Be a main point of contact for customers and vendors, assisting with estimates, scheduling, and order tracking.
• Support department objectives in Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and other areas as needed.
• Train associates on floor operations and develop team skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
