Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs; team lifts up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Obtain sales licensure/registration if required by state; Lowe's will support.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors; provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with vendors and other stores to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing/documentation according to policy.
• Support all checkout functions and requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
