Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Responsibilities
- Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
- Serve as department point of contact for customers and vendors, handling orders and installations.
- Assist in external accounts in Pro Department and support pricing policies.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock.
- Support checkout and store operations, including customer requests.
- Train associates on the sales floor and guide development.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
