Job summary

Lowe's in Albemarle, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will listen, answer questions, and provide friendly service throughout the shopper's journey.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, a range of benefits, and opportunities to grow within Lowe's while supporting customers in-store. Candidates should be comfortable with basic tech, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and enjoy working in a team to deliver

Qualifications

6 months experience using a computer.
6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup or delivery.
Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
