Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help with home improvement needs. You’ll assist, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customers receive the right products and services while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role supports multiple departments and offers opportunities to grow, with diverse benefits and a focus on customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned.
