Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with merchandise selection and checkout in a lively store environment.

Responsibilities span stocking, product preparation, and cross-training across departments to ensure top-notch service. Prior experience in retail and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent input/output systems.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Must be able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
