Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will interact with customers, answer questions, and support various departments as needed. Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and assisting with checkout while providing friendly, professional service and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer.
• 6 Months experience with common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
