Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform other duties for extended periods
• Minimum lift 25 lbs, unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or at checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned
