Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and ensuring shelves are organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
