Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use and data entry.
• 6 months using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as assigned.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
• Restock merchandise and maintain shelf appearance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time pickup.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paints, pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
