Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service in one of our store departments.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer.
• Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted.
• Six months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to a department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
