Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using retail technology (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
