Job summary

You may rotate through departments, assist with stock and displays, and process orders to ensure timely delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
