Job summary

Lowe's in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible schedules, opportunities to learn across departments, and ongoing training. You will also stock shelves and process orders to ensure timely delivery and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies in a timely manner.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in the department (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
