Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Troy, Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, locate items, and ensure customer satisfaction. Opportunities include loading merchandise and maintaining tidy displays in various departments based on needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting data
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Ability to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint; cut/thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
