Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, has 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred), and can perform assessments, care planning, wound care, and patient education with strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license and active nursing status.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments and skilled nursing visits.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, disease management, medication administration, and patient education.
